What are some nutritious foods that are filling and good for a diet?

I’ve been dieting for the last 2 months and I can’t seem to lose the last 2-3kg despite trying a variety of approaches I have Googled extensively, but you can’t trust everything on the Net

Common sense says salad and greens, which I do eat a lot of. I want to make sure I’m losing out on nutrients even though I’ve cut down my portions and generally eat carefully.

I ask because I still get hungry now and then, and I don’t want to ignore my body and just drink water.

What are some nutritious foods that are filling and good for a diet?
