I feel like I have a few of the same recipes and I’m just looking to mix it up.
Current my big ones are the following:
Red lentil pasta with light vodka sauce, the pasta itself is a good bit of protein but I’ve mixed in chicken or ground turkey from time to time
Couscous with turkey or chicken
About to add potatoes and a protein because I saw how high of a satiety value it has without being crazy calories
Not really a rice and a protein kind of guy, I know that’s sacrilege against the gym bro bible but I just don’t have anything good to make rice and have eaten too much bad rice
