Trying to eat well for me and 1 year old

Hey all, I have a 11 month old and trying to find foods I can share with her but she’s a bit behind in the eating department due to our choking anxiety.

Currently we have tried wheat toast, waffles, eggs, Cheerios, peaches, pears, bananas, cooked apples, sweet potatoes, broccoli, guacamole.

The trouble is these are primarily snack foods and aren’t conducive to a healthy, all-around diet and don’t really help us eat together for any meal except breakfast. Looking for some ideas on things to expand our baby’s foods and cut down on meal prep by half. Any help is appreciated!
