Seeking recommendations for an amazing balsamic

A friend made some avocado toast for me the other day with his fancy balsamic and it blew my mind. The only thing is, its now discontinued… It was naturally thick, like slightly thinner maple syrup and had very bright fruit notes with a medium/mild acidity. And it was only $15! I bought a couple bottles already and haven’t been able to find something of that caliber yet. I’m looking for something in the $15 range, but can be persuaded to go up to around $20. Any recommendations?

Also I would prefer not to boil and reduce the balsamic because it takes time and reduces the quantity, therefore more money per volume.

Edit: I found out what that balsamic he had, it was an by the Oilerie, and it had very pronounced natural fruit notes. I tried to find it on their website, but there was no mention of just an aged balsamic. I found something that seems similar by Saratoga Olive Oil Co., but shipping is prohibitively expensive unless you spend $100 or more, then it’s free.
