My fiance does not like the taste of fish, but we need to incorporate more oily fish into our diet for health reasons. He’ll pretty much only eat it as sushi, but that isn’t very cost effective lol.
Bonus if the recipe doesn’t have too much butter bc I’m supposed to be lowering my triglycerides
We tried bang bang salmon and salmon curry, but those weren’t winners. He ate them, but wasn’t a huge fan
Edit since I need to clarify: He’s on board with this. I’m not tying him down and forcing salmon down his throat. He’s wants to know if there’s a cooked way he’ll like it since sushi and sushi grade salmon is expensive
