Need help creating weekly meal prep that is low calorie and high protein

So far, on my weight-loss journey, I have lost about 30lbs and am looking to lose another 20. Simultaneously, I have been going to the gym for the past few months, and honestly, I haven’t been getting stronger. I’ve realized this is because my protein intake has been complete shit. I should be getting about 180 grams of protein daily, and I’ve been barely hitting 120. I cant exceed 1800 calories a day at my current weight either, and to make matters worse, my budget is pretty tight. I’m going to the grocery store tomorrow, the problem is, I’ve never done something like this before. So, I don’t know where to begin. My ADHD doesn’t help, of course. Just writing this took an enormous amount of focus, lol. I know that foods like yogurt, tuna, and eggs are decent sources of low-cal protein, but I’m looking for actual meals that I can make. Any suggestions are welcome!
