So a lifetime of poor habits have left me in a situation where I need to eat better . I’ve read through several old posts on this sub and gotten a lot of good information from it, but I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe resource? I just wanna flip through something to find new things to try, I’m not a picky eater so I am open to all sorts of new things. The only stuff I’ve never really cared for are tomatoes and ketchup, so… I’d like to start planning my meals and my grocery trip is in the next few days so now is the time. Today is the day changes start.
