Is it healthy to have a diet based around whole grains and cereal?

I have severe anxiety/depression , and I’m a picky eater. Quite honestly, I’m trying to find a few staples that are cheap and healthy. I also use MFP to track cals. I end up wasting a lot more food than I’d like. Would a diet consisting of the following cause malnutrition?
– plain cheerios/skim milk
– blueberries/bananas/apples
– plain oatmeal
– peanut butter
– plain nonfat Greek yogurt
If needed, I can add some raw veggies for fiber. Also, I’m dead serious. I’ve given up on trying to cook, everything I make is gross and I end up tossing it. Takeout everyday is too expensive, I’m a college student with a low budget. So my meals would revolve around cheerios twice a day, and then all the other aforementioned foods for protein/healthy fats and such. Please help lol
