I’m not a picky eater but the few foods I dislike make healthy breakfasts difficult!

I consider myself a pretty good eater, However the few foods I know I dislike make finding healthier breakfast options more difficult.
I’m not a fan of bananas, eggs, yoghurt, weetabix, or porridge.
Living a student lifestyle for the last few years has meant I’ve woken up closer to lunch than breakfast so I’ve not eaten breakfasts for a while, but previously I would usually go for sugary processed cereal, or toast and marmite. With uni finished now, I’m looking to make some changes for the better with how I eat.
Wondering if anyone can share their healthy breakfast ideas with me? Bonus points if it’s as easy/easier than making a slice of toast!
