I need suggestions for the laziest Asian flavor sauce/spice recipe

For context, my girlfriend and I are trying to maximize time efficiency when it comes to cooking high anabolic meals with rice . She doesn’t cook, but I do. My girlfriend is very picky eater , but I’m not. I can eat plain chicken/beef, plain egg whites, plain veggies, plain rice if that means I know exactly how much I’m hitting my macros and I don’t have to think so much. I’m fine, and I can live off of that kind of basic stuff.

Don’t get me wrong, I love flavor too but I do not have all the time every time to be creating concoctions of various Asian sauces and flavors. My girlfriend and I enjoy flavors like Kung Pao, General Tso’s, Sweet & Sour, Sweet & Spicy, Teriyaki, Filipino Adobo flavor, Orange Chicken. Basically Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Japanese flavor tastes.

Ideally a type of sauce I can make so easily that I just pour over protein meats as I cook it to marinate. 1 step, done. Just like that. Also would I be able to store them in a container for future use?
