Hi everyone I recently visited a dietician and got my new diet. I’m a 20 yrs old guy 178 cm tall and 56.7 kg in the morning before breakfast. So my diet is hypercaloric. What are some tips on how to ease my way into it? I have to eat 10 biscuits in the morning, 40g of dry fruit as morning snack, ~250g of pasta/rice and if I can a plate of vegetables, a fruit and 50 g of chocolate as afternoon snack and ~200g of rice/pasta, meat/fish/cheese depending on the day, 60g of bread and vegetables for dinner. I feel like if I go into it all out I’ll keep it perfect for maybe a week then burn out due to my body not being used to eating too much. What are some tips on how to ease into it?
