Hi, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. I have high cholesterol and blood pressure so I’ve been trying to modify my diet as much as possible. So far it’s been going okay, but I’m about to move into a place with a kitchen after eating out of a microwave for a year, so I’m excited to get to have more varied things.
I don’t eat red meat or refined carbs, but I’m otherwise open to anything low fat or low sodium. I love spicy food, curries, and stir fries. Recipes that need a little modifying are fine. If anyone has any good tips/substitutions or advice about salt-free spice blends, I’d appreciate hearing about them too!
