After being underweight for as long as I remember, I’ve started my journey to gain some weight. I work out 4-5 times a week but I find it exhausting to think about what to eat all the time.
I found some meals that are relatively cheap and easy to make, so i think it would be beneficial to eat the same thing every day.
Occasionally I will switch up when I eat out or have different ingredients but most of the time I’m gonna stick to the same diet. This is what I eat:
1st meal: homemade granola with milk
2nd meal: toasted bread, 1/2 avocado, 2 boiled eggs, tomatoes or bell pepper or cucumber
3rd meal: fried chicken breast, boiled rice, boiled broccoli or carrots
4th meal: beef with vegetables.
I also drink banana+kiwi or strawberry smoothie daily and eat some fruits and nuts.
