Are my banana pancakes healthy?

I make my banana pancakes every saturday as a treat, the basic recipe is something like:

1 banana
1 egg
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs cane sugar
Pinch of salt
White flour
1 tbs baking powder

Makes 3 palm sized pancakes per person

They are sweet enough that I eat them plain or just with some pbj and marmalade.

Any tips to make it healthier? Maybe cut out the sugar? And substitute the flour with something less refined? Also I am sorry if I cant give precise measurements but I’d say that for the flour it’s just under a cup maybe, I usually use less.
