i’m realizing the easiest meals for me to make are just cutting up a bunch of ingredients, mixing them in a bowl, then topping with a super yummy sauce. preferably with very, very minimal cooking .

i have this formula and would love to hear your take on it:
base carb + lots of veggies + protein + sauce

examples:

* mexican burrito bowl
rice + + black beans + cilantro creama
* vietnamese spring roll bowl
rice noodles + + shrimp or tofu + peanut sauce
* japanese poke bowl
sushi rice + + salmon or tofu + teriyaki sauce
